Moveo Media (“Moveo Media,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides marketing, creative, content production, and automation services for businesses. If you submit a form, request information, schedule a call, or become a client, you may receive communications from us related to your inquiry, appointments, projects, and account.

After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

6. Services & Deliverables
Moveo Media provides services such as strategy, creative production, content creation, editing, advertising support, automation setup, and related marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, scope, and pricing are defined in your proposal, agreement, or statement of work.
7. Payments, Fees & Refunds
Payment terms are provided in your proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once work has started. If a refund policy applies to a specific product or service, it will be clearly stated in writing for that offer.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Moveo Media retains ownership of internal processes, templates, and proprietary systems. Upon full payment, you receive rights to final deliverables created specifically for your project, excluding third-party assets (e.g., licensed music, stock, fonts) which remain subject to their respective licenses.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moveo Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services or communications.
